I recently have been making changes to our Xfinity internet service and noticed that they have quite a few extra perks and deals right now! If you have access to Xfinity for internet and TV, it is worth checking them out.
Xfinity Internet –
They have some great price deals going on right now. Even though I was already a member, I was able to take advantage of some of the deals with signing a 1-year agreement with them.
Also, some of their internet plans also offer free streaming of Peacock Premium ($4.99 value). They have so many great shows and movies on there. We have been able to watch quite a few of our favorite shows again!
Xfinity TV –
My husband loves watching NFL football, so during the season, we would just purchase a Live TV streaming service during the months he watched. That was becoming quite expensive, so instead we decided to just add TV onto our internet and bundle it together. We ended up paying the same price for the TV and the internet, as we were for just internet. So that is like TV for free! Plus, we don’t have the additional bill of the other live TV service. When you bundle, you really can save money!
Xfinity Mobile –
This is by far our best find during this pandemic. We discovered that we could switch our cell phones over to Xfinity Mobile and only pay for the data that we used! They do have other plans for unlimited data, but we never use enough data to justify that expense.
There is no base amount to have the plan with them. They waive any of that because in order to get Xfinity Mobile you have to have an internet service with them. As of now, the charges are around $12/GB a month for shared data. I believe the unlimited is around $45/month per phone.
One of the other many exciting things for me about Xfinity Mobile, I found out that they utilize the Verizon phone towers. I love that because I have family in places that don’t have strong service, but I have always been able to get service wherever I go with Verizon towers.
Also, sometimes there are deals that if you bring your own phone, they will provide you a Visa Gift card after having their service for 60 days. They do also have some deals on new phones too!
