We all have those certain gadgets in our kitchen that we love and use all the time. I thought I would share with you some of my favorite items in my kitchen that I could not live without.

My first gadget is my bread maker. I love the smell of fresh bread! I make bread, buns, and pizza dough in my bread maker. It gets used at least 3 or 4 times a week.
Lately being stuck at home I have been using it daily. My family could eat a whole loaf of my bread in one day. We just love it!
I recently wore out my first one that we had for 6 years. It broke down in September and my husband told me I could not buy a new one because I am hard to shop for and that was his ONLY idea for me for Christmas.
I had to wait 3 months for my new one. I wouldn’t say it was traumatic. It just wasn’t pleasant. I couldn’t wait to get my new bread machine!
My second favorite gadget is my rice cooker. I use mine at least once or twice a week.
This is not my exact rice cooker. They no longer make mine. I have had it for over 11 years. This one is very similar though.
I have never used a rice cooker with the glass lid that just sits. Mine is the closed top that steams the rice, like this one.
Within 30 minutes, I have perfectly made rice! I also love that it keeps the rice warm after it is cooked.
I never realized I needed a cast iron pan until I got one. My husband had been talking about how we needed it. I was skeptical.
I finally gave in and we got one. It has changed my way of thinking and cooking. Cast Iron’s are not like other pans.
If you love to sear or saute anything, the cast iron is the way to go! It gets everything that perfect brown look and flavor. We use ours for almost every meal.
Yes, it is a pain to clean. It is very worth it thought. If you love good seared flavors, you just might want to check out a cast iron pan!
My last and definitely not least favorite kitchen gadget is my Le Creuset Dutch Oven. I was also a skeptic of needing the expensive Le Creuset dutch oven.
I am glad we went with the Le Creuset brand though. We did a lot of research on this one, since they can be expensive. I do not regret spending one penny.
I make everything I can in it. The best thing I love about it, is that it does not seem to burn things. There are no hot spots. It is a nice even heat. There have been times I have gotten busy with the kids and could have guaranteed my supper was ruined because it should have burned. Not in this dutch oven!
Two key things I want to mention. Make sure you have a knob that can go in the oven at a higher degree. I believe it is the older dutch ovens that have plastic knobs, so they are not able to be put in the oven. Some come with it or you can buy it separate.
Last thing, if you are seriously looking for a Le Creuset Dutch Oven check to see if they happen to have an outlet store near you. You will save quite a bit of money, if you purchase from there.
