I have been ordering some dresses from Amazon to wear. I am going to share with you the ones I ordered and my thoughts on them.
All the dresses I ordered, I did true to size. I felt none of them were small or too big on me. They all had a good amount of stretch to them. However, I would still stay true to size!
Also, if you have never ordered clothing from Amazon before, they make it very easy to return their items. All the items that I have purchased so far, they have been shipped in a bag that I can use to return the item to them, if needed. Once you have completed the return process with Amazon, you can just drop it off at a UPS location/drop box or even bring it to a Kohl’s!
I love this dress! It is not a super heavy material. It is very soft! The belt that is on the dress is removable. My only complaint is that I wish the flowers were a clearer print. On my dress, they almost look slightly blurry. However, I do love it and kept it.
I was super excited to get this dress, but sadly it disappointed me. It was a thinner material that you could see through on the lighter colored areas. It was also very short! Now I am only 5’7, but if I bent over this would go up a little too far!
Needless to say even though I paid almost nothing for this one, I returned it. I was not comfortable in it.
I knew when I bought this dress, it was going to be short! I bought this one to have for a swimsuit cover up while walking to the beach or pool. I love it! It is a thinner material, but for a swim suit cover up, I am good with it. I love that it has pockets on it. That way I don’t have to try figure out how to carry my key and phone. I kept this one!
I really liked this dress when I first put it on. I love the pockets and that it is a tank top maxi.
You can see a little of the white background of the material if it gets stretched, but all in all. I kept the floral print because I loved it!
I did also purchase the round flower print in this dress, but I didn’t like the pattern layout on the one that I received. So I returned that one.
I decided to try the round flower print again but in a different style dress.
I really like this dress because it is a longer one, but has a slit up the side. This one of course also has pockets! 🙂 I liked the layout of the print on this one way better then the last one I received.
My only complaint on this dress is that the sleeves were a little tighter. I am okay with this for me, but if that is something that bothers you, I would suggest go up a size or skip this option! I did of course keep this as well.
I wanted to order another dress that had short sleeves, just for variety.
This one was very comfortable and flowy. Again it has pockets, which I love. I ordered a light blue floral print in this dress. They do not have it available anymore, so I am showing you a print that is available. I ordered my normal size and it fit me great.
On me this dress had more of an empire higher wait line. I am bigger chested though, so it could have pulled the waist line up.
I have kept this one for now and am currently thinking about. My husband told me I looked like an old lady in it!
I didn’t really have many short sleeve dresses so I wanted to try some more. I came across this pretty wrap one that I really liked.
Right when I got it and opened the package, I loved the color. The picture of it does not do it justice. It is so pretty! I love the wrap style of it. Again I am bigger chested so it fit a little different on me then the model. However, I still loved it! The belt is not attached, so you can wear it with it or without.
I did order my normal size, but it was a little more form fitting around my waist and hips. If you don’t want it form fitting, I would recommend going up a size.
I am for sure keeping this one. Both of my older daughters told me they loved it and wanted one for themselves!
